Typical tourist place in Buenos Aires: Caminito, La Boca. Lately i found a remake of it in SL. Not very detailed but fun to watch anyway. So here u get the real Caminito pics and the SL ones after that :)

If u wanna look for it urself in SL goto Search - Places and type Caminito. It has dance balls (tango obviously and others) and also hotel rooms for uhm, well u know the picture if u play SL :p.

With a smile :)

In a post from yesterday i mentioned role play and SL gf. I forgot to make pics of the training :p But this one is worthwhile at least for me :)

Jade and i don't get much time lately. She running the club, real life things. But today we had a moment :)

Ya'll must think I'm outta my mind but there is a bit more to it than meats the eye :) How that is? Because over time u get to know someone. Through the lines, the messages, the voice in game. We didn't have it easy all the time but I'm learning to listen, be patient ( yes right me hehe) and value her for who she is.

Amun image

Well u know my fascination for Egypt probably. Found this great image of the god Amun :)

All sky aurora

Hmmm almost as through a Xmas ball. This Aurora Borealis image (Northern Lights) is made in Sweden with an all sky camera. Gives quite a ghostly image :)

Puente de la Mujer

Another image of Puente de la Mujer. The bridge by Santiago Calatrava at Puerto Madero. A night image this time. This is taken from the West Side (City Side). The tower on the left is the Hilton. The low building on the left houses the Dutch Embassy. Below the buildings on the back (middle-right) you find Holland Plaza dedicated to the Dutch Queen.

Silent street

Buenos Aires early morning. Rare image. Normally this place would be bristiling with traffic. Only colectivo 24 and i still don't know where this was taken :) One thing is sure. I wish i would be back there.

QV68 drawing

Beautiful drawing from Queens Valley tomb 68 in Egypt. Who it is? Well, she had a well known and beautiful mother :) And she had quite some titles.

Anyone wants to guess? If you can read the glyphs or know the above data it's easy.

Harvest lights

In Hawaii when it's time to harvest sugar cane, very often the first step is to strike a match. Sugar cane fires burn away dry dead leaves while leaving water-rich stalks unharmed--and nicely exposed for chopping. Such a fire took place yesterday in Maui and Rob Ratkowski woke up at 4 o'clock in the morning to photograph it:

The billowing cloud he recorded is both an earthy and astronomical thing of beauty. The upper reaches of the cloud are made of water vapor steaming out of overheated stalks. This vapor "rises high to catch the silvery light of the Harvest Moon," explains Ratkowski. "The smoky base, on the other hand, comes from burning leaves and reflects the red light of the underlying fire." Harvest light in all its forms is amazing stuff indeed.

Sunrise

Another sunrise in Second Life. If it were only for the color it's worth posting.
