DST ends in Argentina

Last midnight Daylight Saving Time ended in Argentina. DST will resume on midnight between Sat October 4th an October 5th 2008.

Difference now with some timezones are:

CET: -4 hrs
EST: +1 hrs
PST: +4 hrs

Dance of Summer Time

The weeks of confusion start again for travellers and those who interact a lot online. What time is it there? What the difference is today on hours may be different next week.

Here is a summary of some DST times (Daylight Savings) vovering most viewers.

-The US switched last weekend (March 9th) setting the clocks one hour ahead.
-Argentina has currently DST which will end (Southern Hemisphere) March 16th. (Clock goes back one hour)
-Most of Europe will go to DST on March 26th. (Also ahead one hour)
-Australia ends DST on March 30th or April 6th depending in which territory u live.

DST - missed that

Hmmm i was wondering why the time was off on the webcams. Seems they have DST (Daylight Saving Time) in BA. That's a new one for me! Adjusted the clock on the lower right. Difference with CET is now 3 hours. It will change on March 15th - 16th again when it should go to 4 hours difference again. End of March CET here goes to DST which will make it 5 hours.

Daylight Saving Time

DST is now OFF for a lot of countries in Europe. Argentina has no changes of such and therefore the difference between CET and Buenos Aires time is now +4. See also the clocks on the right. They should have the correct time.
