Buenos Aires: Taking out the dogs

What you see a lot in Buenos Aires is these people who take out whole packs of dogs. Ideal if you can't do it yourself for shorter or longer periods of time. They are not expensive and probably for the dogs it's a nice adventure as well to be in a pack.
