Blog poll added

For the regular visitors: You may have specific kinds of posts which make you come back. So i added a poll so you can indicate which kind of posts you enjoy most. Voting will be open for the rest of the month.

Other changes: Changed the title (again), redid mot of the right side of the blog. No more Adsense and return of the Argentina section. The latter is always handy for anyone going there for a short or longer period of time. Additionally enabled comment moderation. For those dumb asses who think they are funny. Idiotas!
