Find the webcam

First picture i made today was on Plaza de Mayo. If you have visited the Live webcams of the city page you may have seen the following:


Now was the idea to stand on the other end and capture the building where the webcam is. So here it is. Can you spot the webcam?

I have to add that in webcam picture one here the people were not there in these numbers. Was few hours earlier but they were building something up.
